The offers proposed on the Site will be valid as long as the related products are online and as long as the product is in stock.

Any order form signed by the customer by clicking on ‘confirm order’ will constitute an irrevocable commitment that should be questioned only in the cases listed in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The contract will only become effective after an order confirmation made by ALFAIATE D’iNTERIORES.
The customer will receive an acknowledgment of receipt by email to confirm the order including all elements, such as the list of products ordered, the price, the date of delivery and shipping costs.
ALFAIATE D’INTERIORES reserves the right not to confirm the order for any reason whatsoever, in particular related to the rules for purchasing products or any problem relating to the order received.

The buyer has guaranteed the price posted on the Site at the time of purchase.
The price fixed at the time of purchase is correct and does not include delivery costs, which are an extra. These costs will be indicated at the time of order confirmation.
For delivery within the EU, prices include VAT applicable at the time of purchase. VAT is included in the price. Neither customs costs nor VAT should be charged when delivering within the EU. Any variation in the applicable VAT rate may affect the sale price of the product in the catalog.
In the event of delivery outside the EU, the customer will have to pay for customs duties, VAT or any other fee related to the import of products into the country of delivery. The client is also responsible for the related formalities except in other specified cases. The customer is solely responsible for verifying in which cases the products ordered refer to the applicable legislation within the country of delivery.
The invoice will be issued by ALFAIATE D’INTERIORES. The customer must indicate the address to which the invoice should be sent.

The price is calculated when placing the order. The customer undertakes to pay the total price of the products (price of the product plus delivery costs) as stipulated on the Site and also to pay, or to arrange for someone to pay for the customs costs, VAT or any other import fee product in the country of delivery, directly to the customs officer. The customer must pay for his order:
With credit card as proposed by the Site; When approving the order form, the customer assures ALFAIATE D’INTERIORES that he has all the necessary authority to use the credit card payment method.
With check payable to ALFAIATE D’INTERIORES, and in case of failure to receive this check ten (10) days after confirmation of the order by ALFAIATE D’INTERIORES or in case of rejection by the bank, ALFAIATE D’INTERIORES reserves the right to cancel the order.

When registering to use this website, the Customer will be asked to create a password. The Client must keep it strictly confidential, not revealing it or sharing it with third parties. The Customer is fully and exclusively responsible for the use of his password as well as any orders placed with it, even without his knowledge.
In the case of registered Customers, the necessary elements will be collected to carry out the entire online commercial transaction and to future contacts that prove necessary to establish, in order to ensure the best customer service.

The Client guarantees that the personal data provided is true and accurate, and undertakes to notify them of any changes. Any loss or damage caused to the online store or third parties resulting from incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information on the registration forms will be the sole responsibility of the Customer.
The services provided by ALFAIATE D’INTERIORES will always respect the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law – Law No. 67/98, of 26 October, so that the personal data provided by Customers are collected by ALFAIATE D’INTERIORES with the exclusive purpose of managing the Client’s account, billing, communicating with the Client, statistical analysis and direct marketing actions, assuming the commitment of privacy and security in the treatment of each Client’s personal data.
The Client expressly authorizes ALFAIATE D’INTERIORES to send information about products and services that may be of interest to him, using his personal data for direct marketing purposes. The customer has recognized the right to withdraw from the purchase made through the ALFAIATE D’INTERIORES website and, therefore, if he is not satisfied, he can return the product within a maximum period of fourteen calendar days from:

a) The day of the conclusion of the contract, in the case of service provision contracts;
b) The day on which the consumer or a third party, with the exception of the carrier, indicated by the consumer acquires physical possession of the goods, in the case of purchase and sale contracts, or:
(i) the day on which the consumer or a third party, with the exception of the carrier, indicated by the consumer acquires physical possession of the last good, in the case of several goods ordered by the consumer in a single order and delivered separately,
ii) On the day on which the consumer or a third party, with the exception of the carrier, indicated by the consumer acquires physical possession of the last lot or item, in the case of the delivery of a good consisting of several lots or items,
iii) From the day on which the consumer or a third party indicated by him, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the first good, in the case of contracts for the periodic delivery of goods during a certain period;

The right to withdraw may be exercised through the following channels:

– Through the email geral@alfaiatedinteriores.pt explaining the case in detail, indicating the order number, sending the following document filled out and attaching photos that prove the reason for the return request.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is enough that the communication regarding the exercise of this right by your party is sent before the expiration of the respective term.
The product must be in the same state in which it was delivered and must retain its original packaging and labeling, using the same protective cardboard box in which it was received to protect the product. You should also keep all your accessories and instructions for use. If the return cannot be made with the protective box with which it was delivered, the customer must return it in a protective box, in order to ensure that the product is returned with the maximum possible guarantees.

The exchange or return of products that are not in the same condition in which the customer received them, or that have been used in addition to having been tested, will not be relevant. If the product to be returned is repackaged or not in its original and complete packaging, it will suffer a depreciation of its initial value, which will be discounted from the amount to be returned. The refunded amount of a product can never exceed the amount paid.

In case of withdrawal, payments made, excluding delivery charges, will be returned to the customer, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days after the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. .

We will make such reimbursement using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless expressly provided otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund. ALFAIATE D’INTERIORES may withhold the refund until the goods are received, or until the customer has provided proof of return, depending on the condition that occurs in the first place.

ALFAIATE D’INTERIORES will collect, at the address indicated by the customer, the goods he wishes to return, without any undue delay and, in any case, at the latest within 14 calendar days from the date on which he communicates his decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be considered fulfilled if the goods are returned before the end of that period;

The direct return costs will be borne by the customer in any case. The cost of the return will be equivalent to that of the shipping costs with no discounts or promotions applicable.

The consumer will be responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

For reasons of hygiene and public health, the return of rest products will not be accepted, except for those with manufacturing imperfections.

THE ALFAIATE D’INTERIORES. will not pay the expenses for services already provided, such as the withdrawal of used products, postage, etc.

ALFAIATE D’INTERIORES will reimburse the payment received from the customer, including, where applicable, delivery costs, without undue delay and, in any case, before 14 calendar days have elapsed from the date on which it was informed of the withdrawal decision and after checking the status of the returned product.

The refund will be made following the same payment method with which the purchase was made. Availability on the customer’s account may vary, depending on the payment method:
– Debit card: up to 72 h.
– Credit card: up to the month’s due date.
– ATM reference: up to 10 days after sending an email with IBAN.
